Spearhead is pleased to announce that as of December 31, 2004, its three subsidiaries – Kischi Konsulting, FSG and Progestic International have been merged into Spearhead Management Canada Limited and will be offering services as one company.

With its corporate head office in Ottawa, our strategic plan is to focus on the Information Technology (IT) and Audit and Management consulting business sectors. This will happen through an acquisition program within the Ottawa market, while seeking strategic acquisitions in the U.S.A. and Europe. Thus, to date, the following acquisitions have been made:

• Kischi Konsulting Inc, an Information Technology Company – acquired October 31, 2003
• FSG Consultants Inc, a Knowledge Management and Information Technology Company - acquired June 3, 2004
• Progestic International, Information Technology, Audit and Management Consulting Company - acquired June 3, 2004

The acquisitions and consolidation of these three companies reinforce Spearhead’s new mission statement “to provide highly professional, client focused, quality management consulting services to our clients in order to support their goals of improving their business performance.”

The professional consultants of the combined companies now offer a broader range of services – from new and emerging technologies to legacy systems support to applying the latest audit and management principles and practices. Whether our clients need assistance in developing complete technical applications or carrying out comprehensive audits, Spearhead can provide the required knowledge and expertise.
